Scope
These terms cover the Guardian Business Systems website and its inquiry, booking, and chat features. They do not replace a client service agreement. Visiting the site, sending a message, or booking a call does not create a paid service engagement.
Our business and your decisions
Guardian provides business systems and implementation services. Guardian is not a law firm, and this website does not provide legal advice. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. A firm's attorneys remain responsible for legal judgment, case acceptance, and advice to its clients.
Service offers and agreements
A price or offer shown on a page applies to the named offer. Scope, fees, implementation responsibilities, contract duration, cancellation, support, and handling of client data must be agreed separately in writing before an engagement begins. These website terms do not change an existing signed agreement.
Descriptions of intended improvements are not guarantees of inquiries, retained matters, revenue, or other business results. Prior experience and case examples do not predict your results.
Inquiries, booking, and chat
Provide accurate contact and scheduling information. Send only information you have authority to share. Do not submit confidential client or case information, medical records, financial account details, or passwords through public forms or chat.
Where available, chat may include automated or AI-generated responses. These responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm service scope, pricing, and commitments directly with Seth; a chat response does not amend a service agreement.
SMS Messaging Program
Guardian Business Systems offers optional informational and marketing text messages about our business systems and implementation services. Informational messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries, requested service information, and account or service updates. Marketing messages may include offers, promotions, and information about Guardian Business Systems services.
Informational and marketing SMS consent are separate choices. You may select either, both, or neither where offered. Providing a phone number, using website chat, or booking a call does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to a message from us or texting STOP to +1 (425) 264-8985. We will send one message confirming your unsubscribe request, then stop sending SMS messages. To join again, complete the signup process and provide your consent again.

Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, attempt to access private systems without permission, or interfere with the website or its security.
Website information and third-party tools
We may revise website content and features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page or automated response is free of errors. Let us know if something appears incorrect.
Booking, chat, and other linked tools are provided through third-party platforms and may have their own terms. Our privacy policy describes how website information is handled.
